Welcome Guests of First Parkview Townhomes

All guest vehicles parked in a visitor space must register for a free Visitor Permit.  

Visitor Permit is valid for 24 hours

Visitor Permit Limit: No More than 20 registration per quarter.  

1st Quarter- Jan 1-Mar 30

2nd Quarter- Apr 1-Jun 30

3rd Quarter- Jul 1-Sept 30

4th Quarter- Oct 1-Dec 31

Vehicles incorrectly registered may be immobilized as they are checked by the license plate number displayed on the vehicle.
